"Women Who Inspire Me" Youth Art Contest

Sponsored by Dacey's Divas.

For the past twenty years, Dacey Zouzas has uplifted women young women making a difference in their community through her show, Dacey's Divas, and beyond. To celebrate this, Dacey’s Divas is holding an art competition for students ages 5 through 17. Submit a photograph of an original art piece you create based on the theme “Women Who Inspire Me”. The piece can be anything – a painting, a collage, a sculpture – use your imagination!

Photos must be submitted via the Google form by MAY 1ST, 2026 for consideration. Prizes will be awarded to the top three selected entries, and all entries will be on display at the CCA in May.

Seeking Local Music Directors for Santi and Perch: Countdown to Christmas!

The Playground Theatre Co. is seeking local music directors for their holiday TYA musical, Santi and Perch: Countdown to Christmas, at the CCA!
Rehearsals begin in September, with 2 - 3 rehearsals per week, in the evenings/on weekends at the CCA.
Tech week: December 7th - 10th. Performances: December 11th - 13th, 2026.

Must be able to accompany rehearsals and performances on piano. Will be working with children and adults, so experience working with children is a plus! Stipend pay provided upon closing.
